The Ö3 Frozen Silent Cinema brings a real cinema feeling to the wintry mountain world on the Hochkönig and turns the Jufenalm into an atmospheric open-air stage. An evening full of atmosphere.
Snow-covered scenery, light installations and lovingly staged productions create an experience that goes far beyond the film itself.

When night falls over the Jufenalm, the Kapellenfeld becomes an atmospheric cinema stage. Surrounded by snow-covered mountains, light installations and a wintry atmosphere, the result is a film evening that will live long in the memory.
The Ö3 Frozen Silent Cinema on the Hochkönig promises a unique winter experience in a class of its own on two special evenings - on 13 and 20 March 2026. On the Jufenalm, the Kapellenfeld becomes an atmospheric open-air cinema stage: surrounded by snow-covered mountain scenery, atmospheric light installations and lovingly staged productions, a magical cinema experience is created in the open air.
Together with Hitradio Ö3, the winter evening becomes an emotional highlight.
